I don't make New Years resolutions but I am thinking about 2023 and how I want to show up to whatever it brings.
I figure I'm not alone in that journey. So I thought these two stories might help.
The first is about how letting go of something I thought I needed brought so much more of what I wanted into my life.

The second is an oldie but goodie - a story about a 10 minute interaction with my son when he was a teenager and how focusing on one small act changed everything between us.
